I need to get Birth control for Hormonal reasons. I'm breaking out really bad on my cheeks and chin, Back, and chest. During My period. I throw up, get cramps so bad I cry or fall to the floor in pain( I have a rather high pain tolerance) bloat so bad I am 10lbs heavier. My periods are unpredictable. I woke up in the morning nothing was wrong. 2 hours later I start getting cramps really bad. ( keep in mind.I can't go to the bathroom during class) I ran to the bathroom and was bleeding heavily. I took care of it just in time. If I had waited an hour longer. I could have bled through. Then the nausea kicked in and I threw up. I was 10 minutes late to 3rd hr. I called Planned Parenthood today and tried to make an appointment for Thursday. But she said they were full until April 1st. But she said if I came in tommrow they have walk ins from 12-4. I get out of school at 2:30(I'm 16 and don't drive yet) It will only take me a half hour to walk there. She asked what I was ing in for anyways and I said " Birth Control". She said Oh, Ok is a unsure voice.So Do I just go in there and ask for a form for birth control? Or just a form in general? I have insurance(HSA). It covers it. My mom is against birth control because she's ignorant and she won't take me to the Gyno. So what do I do when I'm there? I don't wanna sound stupid. I wonder why the lady sounded so unsure on the phone.

My dentist says I need them and I'm in middle school and don't want them that long in high school. What do I do I still have 6 baby teeth at the top and 5 at the bottom. I am 6'4", and only 145 lbs. I want to gain muscle weight, pref. 30-40 lbs. I never have time to go to a gym, but I take martial arts lessons 2-3 times a week, for an hour of hard exercise each time.
